Developed AMLA (Anti-Money Laundering) Watchlist Batch Job: automated scheduled pipeline fetching external watchlist sources, running entity screening, flagging high-risk profiles, and generating compliance audit trails aligned to BNM regulatory requirements.

Built User Profile Screening modules with real-time identity verification, sanction list matching, and role-based approval workflows. Applied DDD, repository pattern, unit of work, and centralised logging with Serilog and Application Insights.

Project Rescue — TNB TOMAS (Asset & Permit Management): Inherited a non-functional project with broken source code and failing mobile app; performed full reverse engineering to diagnose failures, then redeveloped the mobile application from scratch using FlutterFlow and Flutter/Dart with production-grade architecture.

Re-architected the .NET 6 REST API backend following clean API design, JWT token authentication, and LDAP / Active Directory integration for enterprise SSO. Integrated SAP for asset master data synchronisation across TNB's ERP ecosystem.

Designed a matrix-based custom multi-layer approval workflow engine — role and group-driven authorisation supporting configurable approval chains per asset category, permit type, and organisational hierarchy; distinct UI states per user role and group assignment.

Delivered modules: Asset Management, Permit Management, Asset Health Monitoring, and Grid Infrastructure tracking — supporting TNB field engineers and supervisors on iOS and Android via enterprise provisioning profiles.

TNB ESS (Employee Self-Service ERP/HR Platform): Served as vendor-side technical consultant delivering enhancements across TNB's enterprise Employee-as-a-Service platform — payroll integrations, leave management, ESG claim verification letter workflows, and multi-tier HR approvals.

Maintained and extended a mission-critical .NET Framework 4.5.1 enterprise monolith through structured CR processes, regression testing, and safe deployment pipelines serving thousands of TNB employees.

Integrated SAP HR/ERP for employee data sync, payroll reporting, and leave management; LDAP SSO across internal portals. Built interactive HighCharts dashboards for workforce analytics and ESG KPI reporting.

PDRM C4i — Command & Control Centre / Emergency Call Centre: Engaged as contractor through SHT Engineering Sdn. Bhd. to architect and lead development of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) next-generation C4i system covering real-time dispatch, GIS mapping, emergency telephony, unified comms, and video surveillance.

Architected the full C4i (Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence) platform: Esri ArcGIS GIS for live incident mapping and geospatial analytics; SIP/PBX telephony for emergency call routing and dispatch; XMPP / Jitsi / Openfire unified communications for real-time messaging and video conferencing across command teams.

Designed Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) on VMware ESXi — consolidated compute, storage, and networking for high-availability on-premise deployment. Implemented VPN perimeter using IPSec (RadioIP), OpenVPN, and Softether VPN; deployed Active Directory for centralised RBAC.

Integrated VMS (Video Management System) for CCTV management with RTSP / MJPEG live feed streaming. Built .NET Core 5/6 API-driven backend with RSS feed ingestion and reverse proxy (nginx, caddy, ngrok) for secure perimeter exposure.

Defined system architecture ensuring scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance; conducted security risk assessments, data retention policy design, and produced HLD/LLD documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guidelines. Liaised directly with PDRM stakeholders for requirements, UAT, and operational alignment.
